POR QUE ENSINAR FILOSOFIA NO ENSINO MÉDIO?

Resumo

Este artigo, com base nos trabalhos realizados por Aranha (1993) sobre o papel da Filosofia, Niskier (2001) sobre as transformações pelas quais o mundo passa e Freire (2000) sobre a produção cultural da sociedade, tem como propósito demonstrar alguns aspectos positivos da influência do ensino da Filosofia no Ensino Médio. No mundo globalizado, as transformações que acontecem de forma cada vez mais rápida e acelerada, provocam repercussões em todas as organizações, e de maneira especial, a Educação tem cada vez mais uma importância estratégica para o desenvolvimento pessoal e social para o futuro das nações. Crescem as demandas pela qualidade do ensino, as quais precisam ser atendidas de forma inovadora para assegurar a ampliação do acesso e a compreensão do mundo moderno. Por este ângulo de visão, se conclui que o papel da Filosofia é indispensável para uma formação mais abrangente. De modo que, no mundo moderno, educadores podem reconstruir uma nova interpretação e uma nova metodologia educacional a partir do ensino da Filosofia no Ensino Médio.

ABSTRACT

This article, on the basis of the works carried through for Aranha (1993) on the paper of Philosophy, Naskier (2001) on the transformations for which the world also passes and Freire (2000) on the cultural production of the society, has as intention to demonstrate some positive aspects of the influence of the education of the Philosophy in Average Teaching. In the globalizied, the transformations that happen of form each faster and sped up time, provoke repercussions in all the organizations, and in special way, education it has each time plus a strategical importance for the personal and social development for the future of the nations. The demands for the quality of education grow, which they need to be taken care of innovative form to assure the magnifying of the access and the understanding of the modern world. For this angle of vision, one concludes that the paper of the Philosophy is indispensable for a more including formation. Then, in the modern world, educators can reconstruct a new interpretation and a new educational methodology from the teaching of the Philosophy in Average Teaching.
