REFORMA ORTOGRÁFICA:ORIGENS E TENDÊNCIAS DAS ALTERAÇÕES NA ORTOGRAFIA DA LÍNGUA PORTUGUESA

Resumo

O presente artigo pretende abordar sobre as origens e as alterações das novas regras de acentuação gráfica, assim como os impactos provocados no processo de ensino/aprendizagem da Língua Portuguesa e a implementação do acordo ortográfico no contexto brasileiro. A necessidade de discutir sobre o assunto é em virtude da proximidade da obrigatoriedade do uso das normas em 2012. Sabe-se que a língua é um organismo que evolui de acordo com a necessidade dos falantes, assim ela se transforma, enriquece sem deixar de lado a sua essência. Diante do exposto e da abordagem realizada constatou-se que a reforma ortográfica vigente desde janeiro do ano de 2009 tem provocado inúmeras discussões. As alterações têm provocado impactos oriundos devido ao nível de ensino vigente no país que não é dos melhores e da mesma forma o nível de aprendizagem dos alunos. Assim, a partir desta análise tem-se o objetivo de esclarecer o objetivo da reforma ortográfica na conjuntura atual. Contudo além das mudanças das regras, é preciso refletir também o processo pelo qual estas regras são transmitidas e absorvidas na comunidade de falantes da Língua Portuguesa.

ABSTRACT

This present scientific article had for objective to argue on the orthography reform and the impacts provoked in the Portuguese language and the process of education/learning given the eminence of the orthography reform in the Brazilian context. Is necessary to discuss about it because of the closeness of the mandatory use of rules in 2012. The language is an organism that evolves according to the needs of speakers, so it transforms, enriches without neglecting its essence. Given the above approach and performed revealed that the spelling reform in force since January of 2009 has provoked considerable discussion. The changes have resulted from impacts due to the current level of education in the country that is not the best, and similarly the level of student learning. Thus, from this analysis has the objective of clarifying the purpose of spelling reform in the current conjuncture. But beyond the rules changes, we must also reflect the process by which these rules are transmitted and absorbed into the community of speakers of Portuguese to discuss about it is because of the closeness of the mandatory use of standards in 2012
