A PEDAGOGIA TEOLÓGICA DE COMENIUS: UM OLHAR EM FAVOR DA EDUCAÇÃO ECLESIÁSTICA

Resumo

Expõe o pensamento teológico e pedagógico de João Amós Comenius (Jan Amos Komensky, 1592-1670) a partir de sua obra Didática magna (1633) e da contribuição de autores modernos. Examina sua vida e obra. Foca a atenção em sua teologia e na correlação direta dessa teologia com a pedagogia. Identifica a dimensão teológica de sua pedagogia. Chama a atenção para a perspectiva da Igreja do séc. XXI para com a Educação. Aponta o pensamento comeniano como fundamento para a prática pedagógica em situação eclesiástica, isto é, a Educação Cristã e a Educação Teológica.

ABSTRACT

This article discusses the theological thinking and teaching of John Amos Comenius (Jan Amos Komensky, 1592-1670) from his work, magna Curriculum (1633) and the contribution of modern authors. It begins with an examination of his life and work and then focuses attention on his theology and theology in direct correlation with this pedagogy. It identifies the teleological dimension of its pedagogy and draws attention to the perspective of the XXI century of the Church towards Education. Finally, the comenian thought, indicates it as the foundation for educational practice in an ecclesiastical situation, that is, Christian Education and Theological Education.
