A CRISTOLOGIA ORTODOXA DECLARADA NA EPÍSTOLA AOS COLOSSENSES

Resumo

A partir do século XVII, com a ascensão do movimento cultural chamado Iluminismo, a Teologia Cristã passou a ser alvo de duras críticas e rigorismo científico. Nessa época, inicia-se um processo de questionamento em torno da pessoa de Cristo, que, até hoje, é considerado como “a busca do Jesus Histórico”; essa denominação serviu de título à obra escrita por Albert Schweitzer, contendo um estudo crítico do referido processo. Tais fatos originaram um novo pensar teológico em torno de Jesus de Nazaré. No entanto, o embasamento insubstituível para a correta percepção de sua realidade continua sendo o ensino apostólico contido na Bíblia. Obter tal conhecimento é o objetivo da presente pesquisa exegética sobre a mais exaltada Cristologia do Novo Testamento: a Epístola aos Colossenses.

ABSTRACT:

From the seventeenth century, with the rise of the cultural movement called the Enlightenment, Christian theology became the target of harsh criticism and scientific rigor. At this time, it begins a process of questioning around the person of Christ, who, even today, is considered as "the search for the Historical Jesus", this name served as the title work written by Albert Schweitzer, containing a critical study of that case. These facts led to a new theological thinking about Jesus of Nazareth. However, the irreplaceable foundation for the correct perception of their reality remains the apostolic teaching contained in the Bible. Obtain such knowledge is the goal of this exegetical research on the most exalted Christology of the New Testament: the Epistle to the Colossians.
